To be able to achieve high quality standards in our products, continuous training of our employees is a rule, not a choice. We utilize both in-house training and external training to equip our employees with up-to-date skills necessary to execute their tasks. Moreover, highly motivated people who show outstanding performance are encouraged and supported to develop leadership skills necessary to handle higher responsibilities.
